Questions

How soon can you come out?

Most handyman visits are scheduled within 2–3 business days, and recurring cleanings usually start the following week. Same-week priority scheduling is available for an additional fee.

Do I need to be home?

Not necessarily. Many clients leave a key or lockbox code with us. We confirm entry arrangements in writing before the first visit.

How do I pay?

We accept card, ACH bank transfer, and check. Payment is due when the work is completed, and recurring clients can be billed automatically.

What if I'm not satisfied?

Let us know within 48 hours and we'll return to correct the issue at no charge. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.

Ready to hand off the to-do list?
